Our holiday could not have been better. Everything was 1st class from landing in Bangkok where we were met by a limousine and cold water and towels. Throughout the holiday the reps were knowledgeable and polite. The tours that were booked for us were very informative and enjoyable. The standard of the hotels in Bangkok and Phuket were very high. Please thank all of your staff for a great service.
arrangements were clear and precise, collecting our hire car went without a
hitch and instructions to the Monterey hotel were easy. The hotel was
exceptional clean and bright, the staff friendly and helpful, food was good and
plentiful, the indoor pool and spa were perfect. Your rep. arrived on time and
was very helpful.
Even the sun shone every day, all in all a very good holiday.

It was everything we expected. Although the flight out was delayed the minibus was there when we arrived at the airport and delivered us to our hotel (Radisson Blu, Jersey). The receptionist was welcoming and the room was splendid, the beds were so comfortable. We had stayed last year and it was every bit as good. We travelled everywhere by local bus and visited lots of interesting places, there was not enough time to fit everything in, so a return trip is on the cards. Everyone we met was very friendly and helpful and the local rep remembered us from last year and we had a chat.
This is our 2nd holiday with Premier Holidays &, exactly like the first one, it ran incredibly smoothly. At no stage were we left waiting, not expected or not treated as valued guests. Raffles hotel is, as expected, superb & faultless. The hotel is amazingly peaceful, it is so hard to accept that it is in the heart of a bustling capital city. The food, service, choice of places to eat & service were exemplary. We were unaware that the Laguna in Bali was the top hotel on the island when we booked but it certainly is true. Again, the service & hotel were wonderful & the staff really charming & welcoming. Our guide, Mr Budi, was delightful, helpful & really informative. The Ubud tour is an excellent opportunity to buy souvenirs. The island is really beautiful, the multiple pools really welcome.

I booked the Merton Hotel with yourselves for myself and my mam (for a birthday present) The hotel was brilliant and the food and entertainment were great - everyone worked hard to make sure we had a really good holiday. I couldn't fault a thing with the holiday - it was wonderful. I would like to thank Mirela on helping me sort out the travel arrangements, she was really helpful, if I had any queries etc she was always there. I would have no hesitation in recommending yourselves to anybody.

It was brilliant, very relaxing and I returned feeling refreshed and ready to face the world. My holiday representative contacted a couple of times to offer any help or assistance that I may have required, and as I was traveling alone I found this most comforting and helpful.
