From the moment I booked this holiday everything went smoothly. No problems with the paperwork or the hotel when we arrived. We were treated like lords, everything taken care of. The room was clean and tidy and the food in the restaurant was excellent. Would definitely use Premier Holidays again.

We stayed at the Rembrandt Bangkok for 3 days, Elephant Hills for 3 days,and 6 days in Le Meridien Khao Lak beach,all accomodation was excellent,transport was excellent.Our worries were there would be anybody there to meet us on arrival,but we need not have worried,as all your reps were there waiting for us polite and cheerful and kept us well informed.Altogether we had a wonderful holiday and would have no hesitation in using you again or recommending you to friends.
Our holiday could not have been better. Everything was 1st class from landing in Bangkok where we were met by a limousine and cold water and towels. Throughout the holiday the reps were knowledgeable and polite. The tours that were booked for us were very informative and enjoyable. The standard of the hotels in Bangkok and Phuket were very high. Please thank all of your staff for a great service.
arrangements were clear and precise, collecting our hire car went without a
hitch and instructions to the Monterey hotel were easy. The hotel was
exceptional clean and bright, the staff friendly and helpful, food was good and
plentiful, the indoor pool and spa were perfect. Your rep. arrived on time and
was very helpful.
Even the sun shone every day, all in all a very good holiday.
We travelled by air from Birmingham to Guernsey. All
the travel arrangements provided by you went without a hitch, both on the
outward journey and the return journey, including transfers from airport to
hotel by Intransit's friendly drivers.
We stayed in a twin room at Best Western Moores Hotel in St Peter Port. The accommodation was excellent, and the service first class. We could not fault it. The half board arrangements were excellent and we enjoyed every meal of our stay. The hotel staff were friendly, very helpful and we would recommend Moores to any one.
Everything went like clockwork. All of our transfers were very well managed, flights & hotels were excellent. Overall a great experience.
