At the heart of Polynesia, the Cook Islands are relatively unspoiled by tourism. History and culture combine with stunning beaches and a tropical climate to offer a very special holiday destination.

Geography: Lying in the middle of the Pacific, the 15 islands which makes up the Cooks are spread over an area the size of India. Split into the northern group and southern group divided by over 600 miles of ocean, the 14,000 inhabitants live mainly in the southern group.
Language: Cook Islands Maori
Passports: You will need a full British passport valid for a minimum of six months beyond your date of return.
Visas: Visitors from the UK may stay up to 31 days without a visa.
Vaccinations: None are required, but it is recommended that you consult your doctor for further information.
Travelling time: Approximately 20 hours flying time with a stop in Los Angeles. A stopover is recommended.
Local time: GMT - 10 hours.
