Zambia Destination Guide

Zambia is home to Victoria Falls - one of the seven natural wonders of the world and one of the most famous sights in Africa. Livingstone, the gateway to the falls, lies just a short flight from Johannesburg and the destination is a popular and easy add on to a stay in South Africa.

Zambia offers an intriguing mix of colonial style hotels and lodges, exceptional game viewing in remote wildlife reserves and a vast range of water based activities for the adventurous.

Most of our featured resorts have excellent locations along the banks of the river and close to the falls themselves. We offer a range of excursions including cruises, helicopter or microlight flights to help you enjoy the majesty of the thundering water close up. The water flow at Victoria Falls varies according to the time of year. February-July is when you will experience the full impact of the falls, whereas they may be less dramatic at other times.

Those who explore further discover that Zambia has a wild and untouched aspect, a real draw card for those looking for game viewing and bush walk experiences.
