Saffrons Restaurant offers cuisine, which combines Indian spices and local ingredients. Dishes are presented simply in a modern European way, letting the food ‘do the talking’ rather than masking it in heavy sauces and garnishes.
The Lounge Bar is the perfect venue for a quiet drink in the relaxed warm atmosphere of leather chairs and sofas, in the winter months the fire glows in the corner. An extensive choice of beverages is served from excellent wines by the glass, an impressive list of whiskeys to liqueurs, cocktails, beers or simply a coffee.
At the Ayush Wellness Spa facilities include an infinity/active pool, massage pool, hot pool and cold plunge pool, sauna, gymnasium, five treatment rooms, a couples suite, Ayurvedic consultation suite, spa library, spa quiet room and yoga studio.
From late July until the end of August/early September the Hotel de France has a summer event programme which includes themed buffet evenings, casino night and comedy magic show. At this time children have a fully supervised complimentary club with fun chocolate making sessions, balloon and magic shows to enjoy.

Balcony rooms are also available, however these are exclusive to adults only. State-of-the-art spa rooms, in the new wing, feature bright, light accommodation with a contemporary design and offer a double bed only, flat screen televisions, air-conditioning, a mini bar and safe.
For those wishing to add a little extra comfort to their stay, the Hotel de France has an array of suites, which offer either a seating area or separate lounge.
