Understated service, fine food and attention to detail, makes Longueville Manor a unique haven of indulgence where dreams will become a reality.

Features

30 beautifully appointed guest rooms.

Awarded three AA rosettes for 2012, Longueville Manor is renowned for exceptional dining and a comprehensive wine list. During the summer the pool terrace plays host to an alfresco offering, whilst in the winter a sandwich in front of a roaring log fire is never too much trouble.

The restaurant has two rooms each with their own character. The 16th century Oak Room, with its dark oak panelling is perfect for the intimate romantic evening, whilst the Garden Room, more contemporary in style, is ideal for either a fun evening with friends or a light lunch. Whatever the choice, both offer a relaxed atmosphere and understated service.

One of the highlights of a stay at Longueville Manor must be breakfast. A substantial buffet, featuring fresh in-house bakery products, Jersey milk, butter and yoghurt is complemented by a comprehensive choice of traditional hot alternatives. Also not to be missed is afternoon tea, which has a choice of the best homemade cakes and freshly cut sandwiches.

The Cocktail Bar attracts the ‘who’s who’ of Jersey and prides itself on the formidable skills of the long serving bar tenders. In addition, a vast range of coffees, teas, infusions and other hot drinks guarantee the right beverage at the right moment.

During the summer months, the swimming pool and its terrace becomes the focal point of the hotel. For the more energetic, the all weather tennis court is a must.
