The Oak Restaurant provides a contemporary and stylish ambience. Traditional breakfast is served here; lunchtime meals are also served, while evening diners can choose from the daily changing set menu featuring seasonal dishes or from the wide selection on the a la carte menu. Menus are complemented by a carefully selected wine list, with several good house wines on offer.
Guests on half board can dine in the Oak Restaurant or take advantage of the ‘Dine Around’ scheme and enjoy dinner at the sister hotels in St Peter Port, Hotel de Havelet or Moores Hotel.
The Oak Bar buzzes with life and is popular with locals and guests alike. Open throughout the day, the bar features an excellent selection of lunches and dinners, as well as lighter dishes in between. The Oak Bar often runs “themed” food weeks, and there is occasional live entertainment featuring local jazz musicians. On fine days guests can lounge and sip a drink in the beautifully tended gardens, or relax in the bright and airy atrium or head for the warm ambience of the Mulberry Lounge.
The Mulberry Health Suite facilities include an indoor swimming pool, which has an integrated children’s pool and Jacuzzi. There is also a sauna and excellent gym with toning equipment, treadmills, an exercise bike, rowing machines and cross trainer.

Rooms at Les Rocquettes are made up of double, twin, family and single rooms. Room categories include standard, superior, premier and deluxe rooms. All of the bedrooms are en suite and include colour television, radio, direct dial telephone, beverage tray, hairdryer and mini safe. The superior rooms are all located in the new wing of the hotel and all have balconies together with a small fridge and trouser press. Premier rooms have been newly refurbished, while larger deluxe rooms are double rooms, which have been furnished and decorated to a very high standard.
