Moreton Island - 3 nights



Day 1 Brisbane/Moreton Island: Transfer by catamaran to Moreton Island (approx 90 minutes). This national park has miles of sandy beaches, crystal clear lakes, lagoons and wildflowers aplenty. On arrival the rest of the day is at leisure to explore the resort and your surroundings, or take in one of over 30 complimentary activities that the resort has on offer.

Days 2-3 Moreton Island: Two days to explore the island on one of the activities Tangalooma offers such as a guided tour, scenic walk, diving, snorkelling or viewing the wildlife on this island. One of the highlights of staying at Tangalooma Resort is to get close to the bottlenose dolphins which swim up to the beach, by the well-lit jetty each evening where you can either feed or watch the dolphins play - this is a truly magical experience.

Day 4 Moreton Island/Brisbane: Take the catamaran to Brisbane Wharf. Your tour ends either here, or at your Brisbane hotel.

Tangalooma Wild Dolphin Resort

Located on the west side of Moreton Island is the Tangalooma Resort, most famously known for its wild dolphins! The resort is fringed on three sides by Moreton Island National Park, and is directly on the beachfront. The resort has both rooms and apartments (supplement applies) and 5 restaurants.
